Messaging

• By messaging us on WhatsApp or giving us your WhatsApp number, you agree that we may reply and send you service messages about your enquiry, project, application or account.
• We only send marketing messages if you opted in. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them.
• Standard data charges from your mobile provider may apply.
• Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
• We try to reply quickly, but our response times are not guaranteed. Do not use WhatsApp for emergencies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam content, and not to try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may stop responding to or block anyone who breaks these terms.

Information and quotes

Information shared on our website or in messages is for general guidance only. A quote, proposal or offer is binding only when it is confirmed in a signed agreement or an invoice we issue. Paid engagements are governed by that separate agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they conflict.

Intellectual property
