Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your information, including on WhatsApp.

This policy explains how Infinity Media, 6th Floor, 59/A, C-II, Gulberg III, Lahore 54000, Pakistan ("Infinity Media", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, apply for a job, or contact us, including through WhatsApp.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and company, when you give them to us.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or our website forms, including any files you attach, and our replies.
- WhatsApp profile and delivery data: your WhatsApp display name and phone number, plus message timestamps and delivery/read status that WhatsApp provides.
- Job applications: your CV and the other details you submit when you apply for a role.
- Website usage: technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies needed to run the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
- To send service messages you have requested or agreed to, such as appointment reminders, interview scheduling, project updates and invoices.
- To send marketing messages, but only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- To process job applications.
- To keep records, meet our legal obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Messages you exchange with us pass through WhatsApp's infrastructure and are governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy as well as this policy. We only message you on WhatsApp if you contacted us first or gave us your number and agreed to be contacted there.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as Meta/WhatsApp for messaging, our hosting and email providers, and our business software. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
- A successor organisation, if our business is merged or transferred.
Retention
We keep conversation and contact records for as long as we need them to serve you, and for up to 3 years after our last interaction, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
Security
Your data is stored on access-controlled systems. Only staff who need it can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you messages. Email hello@infinity-media.co or follow the steps on our User Data Deletion page. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
