User Data Deletion

You can ask Infinity Media to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes WhatsApp conversations, contact details and any application or enquiry records.

How to request deletion

• By email: write to hello@infinity-media.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name and the phone number or email address you used with us.
• On WhatsApp: send the message DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp Business number, from the number you want removed.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 7 days and may ask you to verify that the number or email is yours.
• Within 30 days, we delete your contact record, message history and related files from our systems, and send you a confirmation.
• We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it, such as invoices and tax records. We will tell you if that applies.
• Messages already delivered to your own WhatsApp app stay on your device. You can delete them there yourself.

Stop messages without deleting data

If you only want to stop receiving messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp.
