About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join Infinity Media and help us build an amazing workplace culture. You'll be the go-to person for all things people-related, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, ensuring our creative team thrives in a fast-paced digital media environment.
What You'll Do
- Talent Acquisition: Scout, attract, and onboard top creative talent including video editors, storytellers, and content creators who vibe with our mission
- Culture Champion: Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment where creativity flourishes
- Employee Experience: Design and implement engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs that resonate with our young, dynamic workforce
- Performance Management: Develop fair, transparent feedback systems that help our team grow and excel
- Policy & Compliance: Create and maintain HR policies that are both compliant and people-first
- Conflict Resolution: Be the trusted mediator who handles workplace challenges with empathy and professionalism
- Learning & Development: Identify growth opportunities and training programs to upskill our creative squad
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in media, creative, or tech industries
- Strong understanding of Gen-Z workplace expectations and modern employee engagement strategies
- Excellent communication skills - you can connect with everyone from interns to leadership
- Experience with HRIS systems and modern HR tools
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- A genuine passion for people development and organizational culture
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy
Bonus Points
- Experience working with remote or hybrid teams
- Background in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with digital content creation workflows
- HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
