About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Credentialing Executive to join our Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of US healthcare provider credentialing, payer enrollment and recredentialing.
You'll independently manage provider enrollment, keep it compliant, and make onboarding smooth for healthcare providers across US states and payer networks.

What You'll Do
- End-to-End Credentialing: Manage provider credentialing and enrollment for individual and group healthcare providers
- Payer Enrollment: Handle enrollments with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Humana and other insurance networks
- Provider Lifecycle: Manage initial credentialing, recredentialing, provider updates, additions, terminations and demographic changes
- Profiles & Portals: Maintain provider profiles through CAQH ProView, PECOS, NPPES and other payer portals
- Setup & Maintenance: Support NPI creation and maintenance, TIN linkage, ERA/EFT setup and fee schedule updates
- Network Enrollments: Coordinate IPA/PHO and delegated network enrollments and participation agreements
- Follow-ups: Track credentialing timelines, pending applications and payer responses to avoid delays
- Documentation: Keep credentialing records audit-ready: licenses, certifications, DEA, malpractice insurance and provider files
- Collaboration: Work closely with billing, AR, compliance, onboarding and operations teams to resolve payer-related issues
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in US healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer enrollment processes
- Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, payer portals and credentialing documentation
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple providers, payers and deadlines simultaneously
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

- Familiarity with US healthcare compliance requirements and payer regulations
- Experience handling complex credentialing escalations and enrollment issues
