About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and take ownership of paid media campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience managing ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, with a sharp eye for optimization and performance tracking. What You'll Do
- Meta Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to meet acquisition and engagement goals
- TikTok & Snapchat Ads: Build and manage ad campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat, leveraging platform-specific best practices for maximum reach and ROI
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Creative Testing: Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to identify winning combinations
- Scaling Strategies: Implement scaling strategies for top-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
- Performance Tracking: Set up and maintain tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets across platforms, ensuring optimal allocation and spend efficiency
- Market Research: Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads
- Ability to optimize campaigns and track performance using analytics tools
- Skilled in creative testing, audience segmentation, and scaling strategies
- Understanding of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with Google Ads or programmatic advertising
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO fundamentals
- Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing agencies
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party attribution platforms
