About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Manager to own the creative output of our in-house fashion brand — the standard-setter who turns a team of designers and content creators into one coherent, unmistakable brand voice. This isn't a concepting seat; it's the desk where the work gets approved, improved, or sent back.

What You'll Do
- Creative Ownership: Own the brand's creative calendar end to end — collections, campaigns, and seasonal launches, from planning through delivery
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the creative team — designers, content creators, and creative executives — and review everything before it ships
- Direction & Standards: Set and defend the brand's visual and verbal identity; know why something is off-brand and say so clearly
- Production Oversight: Green-light shoot plans, budgets, and timelines, and keep launches on schedule when they wobble
- Performance Feedback: Read what performed and why, and feed those lessons into the next collection's creative
- Brief Writing: Translate brand and commercial goals into creative briefs the team can actually run with
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading a creative team for a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand
- A portfolio of campaigns you directed — not just contributed to
- Strong editorial judgment and the confidence to kill work that isn't right
- Hands-on shoot production experience: budgets, schedules, on-set decisions
- Calm, organized ownership of several parallel launches
- Clear, direct feedback style that makes the team better, not smaller
Bonus Points
- Fashion merchandising or textile background
- Experience tying creative decisions to e-commerce performance
- You've built or scaled a creative team before
Why Infinity Media?
The brand's creative reputation will be yours — every collection, campaign, and post carries your standard. If you've been the strongest creative in the room and you're ready to run the room, this is the step.
Show us a brand whose creative you'd have run differently — and how. That's the interview.
